intellectual work focuses on research, writing, and teaching about
health-related practices and thinking, especially as it reaches across
cultures, genders, and times.
Specifically, I am interested in the following topics:

Chinese Medicine, Cosmology, and Religion
- Gynecology (medieval and
modern)
- Medical Anthropology
- Alternative and
Complementary Medicine
