You currently have two shipping choices in most countries: Basic ground (aka media mail in US) and Expedited. If you need your order filled faster or don’t see your country listed, please email me directly. Being a one-woman operation, I try my best but, at a minimum, fill orders once a week on Friday. Orders within the US can be signed if you add a request in the "comment" section on the shipping information page.

Please note that, since the pandemic, corporate printers (in Australia and UK; in the US I use a union shop that is awesome) and shipping companies have been quite unpredictable, so allow for extra time. Also, shipping times in the US are all over the place, as you are probably aware of. I have no control over that. And then there are the complications caused by Brexit for orders in Europe, which have led to customs-related delays and additional national import taxes! I have no control over this and merely pass on the charges from the printer.

Shipping rates have gone through the roof, all over the world, and in Europe have tripled in price due to Brexit (charged by my printer in the UK, which I have no control over). I am so sorry! For US orders, I have all books in stock and ship from home.

Basic shipping orders may take a few days to be fulfilled (depending on how busy I am), plus basic shipping (media mail) through USPS, supposedly 3-5 business days, but ...

Because I am a small operation, I unfortunately cannot send out a free replacement for media mail packages if an order gets lost.

Domestic expedited orders (within the US) are shipped from my home via USPS Priority Mail, which supposedly takes 2-3 business days within most of the US but can be longer right now. I will send a free replacement if the order is lost.

Whenever feasible, I use recycled packaging for domestic orders. Please let me know during the check-out process if you want new packaging or have a particularly careless post office or delivery person and might require more substantial packaging.

With the exception of most countries in Europe, these go out directly from the corporate printer in the UK and Australia, which is WAY cheaper, faster, and safer to ship than if I mail them from my home in the US, so they cannot be signed. Please note that printing times can vary and be much longer in December. I only charge for shipping what the printer charges me. European orders may go out from Austria or be sent from the printer, depending on availability.

Expedited orders are printed in a rush order which takes 2-3 business days, plus processing and expedited shipping. These orders are trackable and insured. If you don’t get your order, I will send you a free replacement!

Premium international orders take up to 5 business days to get printed, plus processing and shipping time. If an order gets lost, I unfortunately have to charge you half price for a replacement order. International shipping time varies by country but often is surprisingly fast. Please note that for orders in Europe, if your books are shipped from the printer in the UK, you may now have to pay an import tax, which varies by country. Also customs can cause delays. I will email you the tracking number as soon as I receive it from the printer.
